She received her Diploma in Naturopathy in her early years and when moved to Vancouver 20 years ago, had entrepreneurial experience running her own gas station. But as a young girl, she loved art and painting. The passion for art and being creative came out stronger and she made her way to Blanche Macdonald to pursue Global Makeup Artistry. Nupy is a Certified Makeup Artist from Blanche McDonald Centre, Vancouver. Nupy keeps growing her knowledge and skills on on going basis by attending numerous workshops with Mac Pro Classes, Estee Lauder Beauty School, Clinique Skin and Beauty Training workshops.
She took special Indian Bridal Makeup and Hair training at Pink Orchid Bridal Hair and Makeup Program, Dress your Face Makeup Programs, World Renowned Samer Khouzamis Beauty workshop.
She made her way to the top beauty counters like Estee Lauder, Clinique, NARS, Channel to name a few & uses high end skin care and makeup products for stunning results.
Her talent was quickly recognized by private clients and major fashion photographers, and she went on to work with leading fashion magazines, major designers, TV producers and fashion shows.
Nupy has worked extensively in fashion, brides, and private clients over the past 10 years. She works in all genres of make-up including the ultra-natural, the sophisticated, and the glamorous, yet she approaches each make-up as a unique study of the face, accentuating the natural qualities of each individual, while masking imperfections. Clients especially appreciate her original technique: creating a soft, natural base that produces a look of freshness and light.
